Return Process

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
